To claim your discount, stop by the Axiom Body Piercing Studio at 3800 Douglas Ave in Des Moines, Iowa between now and Friday, November 30th, 2018 during normal business hours(Thursday through Monday from 2pm to 8pm). At the time of payment, mention the offer and your YouTube username. If you are not a current subscriber, you will not get the discount.
