The Snonch piercing is a modern invention and a piercing that requires the correct anatomy. It is pierced like a high conch through the bowl of the ear, just below the antihelix ridge at the top of the ear. It is best if the area is flat; however, the placement can be moved out to fit the shape of the ear.
