This is the 52nd episode of the YouTube Series Pros and Cons by a Piercer. DaVo, a Professional Piercer since 1994, addresses one of the most frequently asked questions: whether to wear acrylic or plastic jewelry in a tongue piercing. This is more of an introduction and is designed for educational purposes, allowing viewers to have a conversation with their piercer about getting the piercing or piercings done.

I, also known as DaVo, have been a professional body piercer and the owner of Axiom Body Piercing Studio in Des Moines, Iowa, since 1994. My focus on education and helping clients make informed decisions about getting pierced has always been a significant part of my business practices and services.
