Faux Rook Piercings

Faux Rook Piercings

The Faux Rook Piercing is also a modern invention, located above the antihelix rim on the top of the ear. The piercing is placed to appear to be at the same location as the top hole of a Rook piercing. The need for anatomy is not as high as it is with a Rook. So, if your ear isn't built for a Rook, a Faux Rook might be the answer. Also, it can be a slightly easier piercing to get done and heal.

  • Healing Time is 3-6 months
  • Common Piercing Jewelry 18g to 16g 1/4 to 3/8 Labret Stud.
  • Will require that the jewelry is downsized to a short post during healing.
  • Axiom base with 18g or 16g $75.00 with a Labret
  • Pain level on a scale of 1-10 is between 4 and 6
