Congratulations you have made your deposit for your appointment. This is to ensure that the appointment will be held and will be deducted from the final cost of your piercing or piercings. Please read additional conditions below:

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your appointment, you must contact DaVo/the Axiom at least 48 hours before your appointment is scheduled. If you do not cancel the appointment or fail to show up to the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and you will not be refunded or be able to apply the deposit toward future purchases. 

If you do cancel the appointment at least 48 hours, you will be given two options:

1. The deposit will be held as advance payment to be used when you wish toward the purchase of piercings or jewelry sold by DaVo and the Axiom.
2. The deposit will be refunded either by refunding the transaction, payment through Paypal or in cash.

Applying your deposit

Make sure at the time of payment to mention that you have made a deposit.

• By Credit Card  - have a photo ID or if the deposit was made by someone else on your behalf, please have the Paypal transaction number and the name of the person that made the deposit.  
• By Cash - When you paid the deposit, you received a Gift Certificate for $25, please bring that with you.
